Shamika's start in real estate began in 2006 when she stumbled upon an opportunity to work for the Port Huron Housing Commission in Port Huron, Michigan. This is where the foundation was laid for Shamika to start helping low income families become homeowners while simultaneously assisting landlords with growing and managing their real estate portfolios.
